Non-discriminatory network access: We are proactive and meet all our obligations.
We are committed to ensuring non-discriminatory network access. To this end, we have adopted a compliance programme in accordance with section 10e (1) of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG).
Our compliance programme helps us to design and manage the operation of our pipeline network in a non-discriminatory manner. The programme is aimed at, and provides binding guidance for, all OGE employees.
